CGFL provides financial support services in numerous areas like finance for Two Wheelers, Three Wheelers, Four Wheeler and also provides financial services to commercial vehicles (both new and pre-owned) Loan against Property( LAP), Personal Loans, Small Business Loans, Consumer Durable Loans, SME Loans, Loan against Gold, Loans for rural livelihood advancement and financing of various rural micro-enterprises etc. With such services operated with customer centric plans, CGFL became the dominant player in the field. To ensure advancement and growth of the organization, other than management, teamwork, and services the important aspect required is the growth strategy. We also have such growth strategies. We do not deploy a strategy which derived through rocket science but we kept simple growth strategies designed for our organization’s advancement. The strategy derives by increasing the Return on Equity each year by 1%. Such an increment in returns is the increases the value of shareholders and gradually perusing the optimum goal that’s wealth maximization. It helps in maintaining Gross Non-Performing Assets (NPAs) below 1%. Another growth strategy deployed by our company is consistently growing the loan book. It also comprises maintaining a low ration of 'cost to income'. This ration is maintained by improving operational efficiency.



Mr. Pranab Roy, a key strategic team member of the company is playing vital role in building CGFL success as consumer brand in the country. He has over four decades of experience in the areas of corporate secretarial, legal, finance, and managerial functions. Prior to working with CGFL he has worked with LIC of India and got retired as Sr.Divisional Manager. Having served the insurance behemoth for more than 38yrs in various capacities including Area Manager LIC Housing Finance during early days of LICHFL in the country. He has also headed financial inclusion programme of GOI in the state of CG.

Mr. Pranab Roy is a Science Graduate and has also done post graduation in Business Administration and LLB.

He is well networked with strong execution capabilities and is responsible for maintaining positive messaging and high image visibility in across businesses in various important regions and geographies.

She holds the position of Director in Chhattis Garh Fin-Corp Lending Private Limited, Truealliance Consultancy Management India Limited and Sea Star Agri-Tech Corporation Producer Company Limited.

Col. Gautom Sikdar a war veteran of the Rajput Battalion has served the nation for decades. His post retirement engagement included being renowned Management Guru and has been faculty in several Management Schools. Besides being regarded as a disciplinarian of highest order, Col. Sikdar is known for implementation of ethical corporate culture.

With strong focus on Strategic PR and Crisis management, Col. Sikdar has played a leadership role in building a very strong presence for CGFL and other companies with whom he has been associated as management consultant amongst investors, partners, customers and regulators in India and abroad.

Well supported with his academic excellence acquired while pursuing his science graduation, MBA and ABSM he has been instrumental in implementing management skills and has played a key role in various change management initiatives at CGFL.

The Recommendations made by the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) on Anti Money Laundering (AML) standards and on Combating Financing of Terrorism (CFT) standards have become the international benchmark for framing Anti Money Laundering and combating financing of terrorism policies by the regulatory authorities. Compliance with these standards both by the banks/financial institutions, including HFCs, has become necessary for international financial relationships. The Reserve Bank of India(RBI) has issued revised set of comprehensive ‘Know Your Customer' Guidelines to all Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs), Miscellaneous Non-Banking Companies and Residuary Non-Banking Companies in the context of the recommendations made by the Financial Action Task Force(FATF) and Anti Money Laundering (AML) standards and combating financing of terrorism policies by the regulatory authorities and advised all NBFCs to adopt the same with suitable modifications depending on the activity undertaken by them and ensure that a proper policy framework on KYC and AML measures are formulated and put in place with the approval of their respective Boards 'Know Your Customer' Standards.
